Conclusions

The formation conditions and geometrical structure of TPPS4 J-aggregates were investigated. Analysis of the X-ray diffraction and Atomic force microscopy data showed the possible presence of 2 different types of TPPS4 J-aggregates. Their presumed structure is shown in Fig.6. The most possible structure of J-aggregates is that it is a chain where molecules are connected between negative sulphonato- group and positively charged center of the porphyrin ring. The formes appearance of macroaggregates can also be applied.
