poly(C) with different concentrations of poly(I) in the range 0 to 3.3 x 10-5 M. The poly(I)
concentration was increased by additions of 50 µ l of 7.0 x 10-5 M poly(I) to 400 µ l of
pyrene-poly(C) solution. The solvent was hybridization buffer:formamide (50:50).
